One of our smaller high tunnels is getting close to harvest! The lettuce, radishes, turnips and kohlrabi are just about there, and the carrots are starting to form their roots! Sugar snap peas, beets and mache are coming along in one of our other high tunnels. Even with all this rain, we have trays of transplants ready to go. The winter tunnels are being converted from spinach and kale to tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and beans for the summer. If you are missing spinach on the menu, don’t worry; we’ll have outdoor spinach again in a few weeks.
